Colab is a modern outsourcing model in which the provider assumes the role of a technical partner, taking responsibility for the created project and the final effect
When you have a large project or an advanced system to implement
When you want to maintain the total control over the process
When you need a comprehensive project team
When you want to retain the exclusive right to the source code
When you want to share responsibility for the project parameters (schedule, budget and scope) with the service provider
The provider is responsible for the implementation of project tasks and the risks arising during the project
The client retains the full control over the course of the project at each of its stages, leaving the operational management of the work of the provider's teams
The Fixed Price settlement model allows to specify the project budget precisely at the planning stage
Any additional costs that occur during the project are subject to a change management procedure with the provider
The client receives support in the field of know-how of project methodologies
The copyrights of the project effects belong solely to the Client
In special cases, at the client's request, our specialists can work remotely in the project. Thanks to online communication tools and remote project management, contact with the client and the team is completely seamless.
Depending on the needs, there is a possibility to relocate our specialists and work at the client's premises.
We also work in a mixed model, in which we relocate only part of the team, while the rest work remotely.
