When you have a team of programmers in your organisation, but you need to expand it significantly
When you have a vision of the solution architecture, but you need technical know-how
When you do not want to pay for the recruitment costs
When you need optimal cost and organisational support in the project
When you want to retain the exclusive right to the source code
As a part of Team Sharing teams are perfectly prepared for independent work based on agile methodologies
At each stage of the team formation and work, the client has full control over the decisions and the software development process
As part of Team Sharing, the client also gains access to technical knowledge and substantive support of the provider
Team Sharing frees the client from the recruitment costs and engaging company resources necessary to support the team
The provider is required to fully verify the competences of the provided technical team, as well as to ensure the regular development of the specialists involved
Under the contract, Team Sharing allows for freely adjustment of the arrangements to the client's expectations
In special cases, at the client's request, our specialists can work remotely in the project. Thanks to online communication tools and remote project management, contact with the client and the team is completely seamless.
Depending on the needs, there is a possibility to relocate our specialists and work at the client's premises.
We also work in a mixed model, in which we relocate only part of the team, while the rest work remotely.
