Team sharing

DEDICATED TECHNICAL TEAMS

Team sharing is an outsourcing model in which we provide the client with an independent project team, while taking responsibility for all formal issues.

When to choose Team Sharing?

When you have a team of programmers in your organisation, but you need to expand it significantly

When you have a vision of the solution architecture, but you need technical know-how

When you do not want to pay for the recruitment costs

When you need optimal cost and organisational support in the project

When you want to retain the exclusive right to the source code

AT THE INCAT PREMISES

In special cases, at the client's request, our specialists can work remotely in the project. Thanks to online communication tools and remote project management, contact with the client and the team is completely seamless.

AT THE CLIENT'S PREMISES

Depending on the needs, there is a possibility to relocate our specialists and work at the client's premises.

Mixed model

We also work in a mixed model, in which we relocate only part of the team, while the rest work remotely.
